Time Management

Notes from Pastor Mike’s sermon:

Figure out your priorities and to those things first.

Compounded: adding time

3 things we know about time:

1. There is cumulative value in investing small incriments of time over a period of time.

2. There is a big pay off for spending those incrimental amounts of time.

3. There is no immediate consequence when you don’t invest those small incremental moments.

Ephesians 5:15-27

Where do you need to begin (begin again) making those time deposits?

What’s your biggest obstacle?
– self-control

What are you willing to do about it.

  1. Good job – now the question is what do you spend those small amounts of time on – Is 15 min a day reading the bible really enough or 15 min on your business each day. I know I get alot done when I set aside 10 min to organize my office but is the same 10 min effective for spending time with my husband

    1. Cyndi, remember that we have to fit the priority chunks in first! The small stuff is, like you said, appropriate for learning new things, reading, organizing, starting a newsletter, and more.
